I have been on planets, flew all the way to Beagle point and back, have done resource extraction sites, and never had this issue till I started to do combat zones. The monitor would just go black for about 1.5 seconds. Double-check the physical connection, ensuring that both ends of the video signal cable be it Display Port or HDMI are correctly securely connected.
My issue with that is, that this problem never happens anywhere else in the game. 1 Hi, I have an EVGA 1080Ti FTW 3 11Gb Graphic card and a few weeks ago I started to get black screens when playing games. My card came with the machine (though it was custom made for me) and many of the answers seem to revolve around changing the gpu clock speed. It also only seems to happen when i have the upper hand in the combat zone (more greens than reds.) I see there have been posts about this type of thing going back as far as 2015. It also has never happened on my new windows 10 machine running a water cooled GTX-1080 before until I started doing missions in combat zones. I have ordered a high quality DP1.4, but the problem occurred immediately.
It turns back on for a few seconds and goes back to black as if it lost the signal and I am forced to disable it.

It has never happened on my windows 7 machine running a GTX970. If I enable Nvidia G-Sync (GTX 1080 Ti) the screen frequently turns black. 4,595 1 TLDR downloaded and ran the latest driver from Nvidia (driver only not Geforce experience, Custom Install) during the final part of the driver installation process when the. not sure if that was a driver or Windows 10 Creators Edition issue though (not sure how software can cause a black screen immediately on turning on the PC though and before it has even loaded anything). My screen just recently started to go black in the middle of combat zone. I do recall seeing threads from GTX 1080 owners experiencing the black screen issue on starting their PC.
